Kathleen McGowan is Holding a Writers' Workshop in
Scotland
Kathleen McGowan is the bestselling author of the
"Magdalene Line" novels. They include "The Expected One", "The Book of Love", and "The Poet Prince."
Every two years, Ms. McGowan holds a retreat exclusively for
writers, and one has been announced for the autumn of 2014, from the 12th through the
22nd of September.
Called the "Writers' Grail" it will
happen in a truly special place -- the Island of Iona on the west coast of
Scotland.
Writers of fiction and non-fiction alike will get a
jump-start on their creative process, gaining inspiration from sacred sites in Edinburgh,
Rosslyn and the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
Because of the personal attention participants will
receive, group size must be limited to a maximum of 20 people, and Kathleen
McGowan's tours usually fill up very quickly, so an early reservation is
recommended to avoid disappointment.
